UNICEF

UNICEF runs in 190 countries and territories through country programs and National Committees to help children in need, such as those with disabilities, those who do not have access to education, and those who are in poor living conditions. UNICEF strives to give children proper nourishment and immunization so that they are protected from common childhood diseases. UNICEF also vitalizes the development of children in the early childhood and adolescent stages, determined to give children a sturdier foundation for a bright future. UNICEF'S MISSION

"UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Together with our partners, we work in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, to the benefit of all children, everywhere."
